From initial request to final handover — transparent engineering workflow
1. Request & Initial Assessment:
Step 1.
Submit your inquiry online. Attach drawings or 3D files for manufacturing, or provide details regarding your machinery status, equipment fault symptoms, or site location for repair and monitoring services.
2.On-Site Inspection & Technical Audit:
Step 2.
For crane repair, equipment restoration, or condition monitoring, our engineers conduct an on-site visit to inspect the machinery, perform diagnostic tests, and identify the root cause.
3.Commercial Offer & Technical Solution (RFQ):
Step 3.
We prepare and issue a formal Commercial Proposal (PDF) outlining the exact Scope of Work, required spare parts, lead time, and cost estimate.
4.Contract & Execution Phase:
Step 4.
Upon agreement and formal contract signing, work begins. Part manufacturing takes place in our workshop, while equipment repairs, overhauls, or monitoring are executed on-site according to the agreed timeline.
5.Testing, Commissioning & Handover:
Step 5.
Manufactured parts or restored equipment (cranes, gearboxes, pumps) undergo rigorous testing and quality checks. Final commissioning is completed with technical documentation and handover acceptance.
